The HeARTwork eBook has arrived

The age-old challenge of tackling diversity and inclusion in the C-suite has been ongoing for decades with little meaningful advancement, especially when we consider diversity through an intersectional lens. Stories of pipeline, board training programs and advancements in corporate DEI haven’t led us to the solution.

HeARTwork takes a fresh approach to tackling this long-time equity and inclusion issue. By conducting a national deep-listening tour across Canada in 2021, women from all backgrounds and industries anonymously shared their stories and feelings about working in corporate roles. In 2022, the project brought women together with corporate leaders to examine the primary research findings and together, co-create a national 'solutions framework' to support diverse women and their advancement into more senior roles in business.

This is a movement towards reclaiming the narrative. We're uncovering the authentic experiences that affect women's decision to advance in the workplace.

Our intuition told us there was a deeper story; an emotional story from the heart.
This is that story.
